Dog Day in the Park 2008
Riverside Park, Grand Rapids

May 31st was a sunny, Saturday summer day. Just perfect for the hundreds of people that flooded the banks of the Riverside Park for a 'Dog Day in the Park' hosted by Grand Rapids Kennel Club.

There was something for everyone at 'Dog Days' including a mini-dog show, obedience, canine demonstrations and not to forget our favorite, Sonshine D Clown!

Terrific vendors such as the Grand Rapids Press, C Snip, Paws with a Cause, MacKenzie's showed their faces and educated the public as well as many of the local rescue groups.

A special thanks for all that came down to support this fantastic event! We hope for a bigger and better 'Dog Days' in 2009!
